Some explanation behind the names: These are the names chosen by hospital staff and now being used by social services as well. They are just provisional until the family decides on names (it would be nice for the mother to appear first!).
As for why these names, we know that Victoria is always a favorite choice of the social worker of the hospital, a hardworking, opionated woman who is very well known by now for her many, many years of dedicated service. Both Victoria and Valentina, which is close to the Spanish word for "courage", reflect the hopes of the city for their healthy growth and future.
Nataly is the name of the baby's 25 year old godmother who has stepped forward and offered to help as she is able throughout the triplet's childhood.
