Well, sort of. This week we had a great snow in the mountains surrounding Cochabamba, on the lower sections as well as the peaks. I imagine (and know my Dad would agree) that here we have the best scenario: enjoying the stunning beauty while wearing sandals and sunglasses and eating ice cream in the valley. =)

It's fascinating to me to have palm trees in the foreview of snow capped mountains...

very very cool! here it's just cold with no snow. and today getting to work i was walking across the street and a gust of wind nearly knocked me down. you gotta love west Texas
Beautiful! This reminds me of how excited the boys were when we went to Tunari and they got to touch snow! I agree with you - it is beautiful from afar but I love my flip-flops :)
